EXCHANGES
If you are not satisfied with the product, you can make the change from your home. For this, send us an email to [email protected] or write to our WhatsApp and we will give you the corresponding instructions. You can exchange the product for another of the same value, which will also be sent to your address. The value of the shipment, taxes and/or customs duties are borne by the buyer.
You can make changes within 30 calendar days from the delivery of the product. Only changes of products that are in the same state in which they were received, without having been used and with their corresponding packaging, will be accepted.
RETURNS
Regarding returns, send us an email to [email protected] or write to our WhatsApp and we will give you the corresponding instructions. Once we receive the product, the value of the product will be returned, net of taxes and/or customs duties.
You can make returns within 10 calendar days from the delivery of the product. Returns will only be accepted for products that are in the same state in which they were received, without having been used and with their corresponding packaging.
